Because the apps are connected, changes to RGL/SC's files will show up as changes on all involved games. RGL/SC (for "Rockstar Games Launcher / Social Club") is an app Rockstar Games created earlier this year to update the dependencies for both programs simultaneously in all of its games without needing to update the games individually. "RGL/SC changes" - A middle-ground between the two above. It is safe to say that they are not relevant to us. Valve/Steam controls these changes, but nobody (not even SteamDB's developer) knows what they are exactly. This is denoted by the notice "This changelist affected X other apps", with X being an unusually high number. "Global changes" - Changes that affect a large number (usually hundereds) of apps at a time. It may be as little as a secreenshot being added to the store page and as much as file changes. Since the apps are hidden from the public, there are absolutely no details about what these changes entail. "Individual changes" - Changes that affect exactly one app and therefore imply a change made consciously on it by Rockstar Games. What are thess changes?
